How & when to watch NFL
Most NFL games in the US are split across free-to-air networks and streaming: CBS and FOX carry regional Sunday afternoon games, NBC has Sunday Night Football, ESPN/ABC has Monday Night Football, and Amazon Prime Video streams Thursday Night Football, with NFL Network and services like Peacock, Paramount+ and NFL+ filling in the rest. In the UK, Channel 5 shows a few games free to air each week (including the Super Bowl), Sky Sports has a dedicated NFL channel with most primetime games and RedZone, and NFL Game Pass on DAZN streams every game.
Season. The NFL season runs from early September through early February, with an 18-week regular season followed by the playoffs and the Super Bowl. Each team plays weekly, mostly on Sundays, with additional Thursday and Monday night games.
